Returns & Refund Policy
• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for store credit.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be added to store credit
• Customer pays for return label to ship back return
• Returned merchandise must have tags attached and be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
• All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Discounted, holiday and seasonal items are NOT eligible for return.
• Once your item is received your credit will be sent to you via email
• Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and process your store credit.
• We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us

Once approved we will respond to your email with instructions to proceed. Please remember, we DO NOT provide a return shipping label.
